October 18, 2023: BYOB BAGELS has been instrumental in guiding Concern Housing build the first non-profit bagel shop in the Surf Vets complex in Coney Island which will provide employment opportunities to veterans who have experienced homelessness. Concern Housing is a non-profit agency committed to helping individuals and families to live in the community with dignity and enhanced opportunities through the provision of housing and support services.
February 19, 2021: Chris Kimball interviewed Beth George about bagels and life. BYOB BAGELS sprouted from a family need, and bloomed into a business to help others build their own bagel businesses.
April 2022, Liz Goodwin of Commercial Baking explores high volume bagel production, but seeks insights from artisan producer, Beth George, regarding bringing artisan quality to industrial production. "If you can make something that only tastes really great, but makes your customers feel good after they eat ti, then they will come back without even thinking about it because it's their stomach that will lead them there."

September 27, 2020: the NYT's featured BYOB BAGELS on its Instagram Page, garnering more than 51,000 likes!
January 6, 2021: Brian Donahue's Positively NJ tries to uncover the secret of the uncanny crunch and chew of the bagels mysteriously produced by BYOB BAGELS.
Feb. 2022 BYOB BAGELS was featured in the February 2022 edition Vera Magazine, Virgin Atlantic In-Flight Magazine. The article on pages 36-42 highlights the unique delicious bagels that Beth George teaches in her consulting to dozens of clients around the world. The article also features a special project in Coney Island in which BYOB BAGELS is collaborating with Concern for Independent Living to build a bagel shop in the Surf Vets building with the plan to create job opportunities for residents, including formerly homeless veterans. (pages 36-42)
