We have spent a decade developing and perfecting recipes. We will teach you how to use spreadsheets to scale and modify recipes, so that you can customize your recipes to please your customers, and make exactly the amount you wish each day. No more guessing or waste.
We will work with you and your team of up to two other individuals (exceptions are made by request) for two days to four of focused training at our test bakery or at your facility.
We will teach you how to read, use, and modify the formulas so you can create batches of any size with the precise recipe you desire, with consistency each time.
You will also learn how to create small batch recipes for your continued research and development.
We can also spend several days or up to a week with you as you open your shop.
After the hands-on training, and when your facility is being built or fully operational, we are still here to help with equipment questions or trouble shooting with recipes....or maybe something else....like how to get the baby to stop crying.....Just saying.
